I started Watered Daily to document my journey of personal growth. I hoped that by sharing my journey I could inspire others to begin their own. It has been a little over a month and guess what? Turns out I’m the one that continues to be inspired! Thank you for your words of encouragement, comments sharing your tips and tricks, and notes of how you have been inspired as well. It has made me so happy to share my journey and to all my fellow growth seekers, I’ll be making it even easier to share. Mark your calendar, this Thursday I’ll be sending out my first newsletter!
In each bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) newsletter I will be sharing my 1&1. 1 thought and 1 challenge for growth, managing your mindset, and efficient living. These topics are my top areas of focus and the most effective when wanting to create change in your life.
GROWTH
I’m someone who is always seeking personal growth. I learn from experience and thoroughly enjoy testing new ways to create wanted change. What I love about growth is that every day is a new day. Who we want to be and where we want to go is up to us and each day is a new opportunity for growth. I’ll be sharing my thoughts on growth and challenging you to take those important, sometimes uncomfortable, first steps. Don’t worry though, I’ll be taking those same steps and growing right along with you!
MANAGING YOUR MINDSET
I recently saw a quote from Gary Vaynerchuk that said “your biggest asset is your mindset”. I’ve learned over the past few years just how true this is as I struggled through postpartum depression and currently navigate the uncertainty of a child with a global developmental delay. Instead of being someone who is reactionary, I have learned to take action. I’ll be sharing my thoughts on this topic and challenging you to take action to regain and strengthen your biggest asset – your mindset.
EFFICIENT LIVING
For me, process is everything. From small habits to how I manage my day. An organized, structured process is key to being able to maintain new habits and create change. If we want to grow, we need to find ways to easily implement those changes into our daily lives. I’ll be sharing my thoughts on efficient living and challenging you to take small actions to refine your process and more efficiently travel on your journey of growth.
Small actions lead to big change so here’s one small action you can take. Make sure to sign up below to receive the Watered Daily newsletter. It’s your bi-weekly reminder to take time for yourself, to “water” yourself daily. Learn, grow, and watch as you begin to blossom.
